some changes have been made to haven (the baby making system).
pregnancy tests, miscarriages and stillborns have all been taken off the system. from now on if you post in haven you are guaranteed a live child, unless you specifically request a stillborn or miscarriage.
as a result, the pregnancy guarantee item has been retired. if you own one of these items, you can sell it to the collector for 100$.
we have also decided to get rid of due dates for babies. from now on, it's up to the player of the mother to decide how slow/fast to play out the pregnancy and when the baby is born. merl and i feel this sits better with the relaxed atmosphere we have on the site.
as a result, the instant birth item has also been retired. if you own one of these items, you can sell it to the collector for 800$.
finally, the single baby item has been reduced in price from 1,000$ to 300$.
