Enocra Woodland

Pine, spruce and firs alike...
Dense coniferous forests cover the woodlands, with clearings, paths and the occasional wildberry shrub throughout. Pine, spruce and fir make up much of the forest in the east, with the forest becoming swampier in the west towards Mecor Valley. In the west, cypress trees dominate, with fallen trees creating bridges across and throughout the stillwaters.

Meteor Rain

i would explode just to save your life

It was really unfortunate that this could weather couldn’t last forever like it did in their old home. Seasons really were super unfortunate, especially when the seasons actually changed more than just going from more snow to less snow, to maybe you can see the actual ground when its midsummer then back to snow. He found he missed it though actually after nearly dying of heat stroke the first time he had felt a true summer. He would have to say it was not cold enough here that it would be like his home so it would probably be hot in the summer once more. Best to enjoy it now then was what he thought. His parents just liked the nostalgia of cold he guessed. Apparently their home was high on the mountains and like the home they had picked out rarely got too warm. But all the snow fun! He hadn’t learned how it worked during summer. After all Meteor had only experienced once true summer, and he felt like death the entire time.

When Senketsu’s voice finally came from the trees Meteor was still rolling in the snow. He wondered if there were places that were constantly hot, he didn’t remember seeing them on the journey but some part of Meteor was sure they existed. Still the excited feeling didn’t leave his chest as he shuffled around in the fluffy white stuff before giving a ‘mhm’ in confirmation to the mostly dark pelted teen’s reply. Still he was very happy to be here. This land, even if it wasn’t in constant winter, felt some weird since of right to him at the moment. Maybe that feeling would stay, even if it wasn’t the fabled place that both Sen and Meteor’s family had come from.

He was a bit sad though that he couldn’t conjure fire like in the stories his grandmother had told him. She said that was the first thing every wolf who had gone to the mountain could do. He didn’t really know Senketsu was skeptical of the stories of their families’ old home, being older and raised on the stories Meteor Rain always dreamed of the lands and even though he was an adult he still knew his father and his grandparents were telling the truth no matter how wild it sounded. ”Maybe is because it’s all snow and there’s nothing wrong with what I said but nothing to burn! You wanna be my test subject, Sen?” The young male teased giving a bit toothy grin at the red scruffed teen. Honestly it probably just wasn’t the right place but later once he found somewhere dry maybe he would try it again.

”You’re always creepy… maybe it’s your face?” Meteor teased before listening as his companion said before sitting himself back up and looking around. ”Yeah, I noticed that too. Could mean it’s dangerous around here too though, so don’t go far. Some guy might mistake you for a lady and go chasing you around and I’ll have to sit on them or something.” He said with a wink before laughing again. Really that was what it meant. More wolves could be dangerous, or good it really depended on their luck in all honesty. ”Yeah though. It’s pretty exciting, I wonder if there packs and what they are like. We will have to explore around here pretty thoroughly.”

Sen nipped at Meteor and immediately the brute stuck one of his tan paws right in the kid’s face. Then the other one on his chest and pushed him away laughing. ”Really though you would think that with your grandfather and all you would have some bulk. You are as delicate as your grandmother.”
