Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

EREBOS
we're all devoid believing we're fallen angels when really we're all just empty vessels

His ear twitched slightly, hearing the sounds of his brother’s approach from behind him. It was the only sign of recognition he gave his equally dark pelted sibling before focusing his attentions again upon the cream-russet female before him. He wasn’t bothered by her teeth, rarely did a show of such violence really come out in him being hurt and even if they did bite he didn’t mind much unless it really hurt or was around his throat or eyes or something. Everything that couldn’t kill or maim him really. A few scars was okay he didn’t care. But it seemed his assumption was right in that she wasn’t going to harm him.

Instead her form rose and turned to face him, jaws snapping shut with an audible click causing his head to tilt to the side as he continued to await her answer. She explained she didn’t belong here, anymore that was, but she used to, an interesting fact, so where that did that sort her? Her family was from here, where they still here? If he decided she was something removable would that mean he would be in trouble? She was in some sort of grey area, an area though on the side of white meaning he probably shouldn’t tread into wishing to add her to his collections of friends, but a nice addition she would have been… too much trouble though, even with Elohim if things got that way. No Erebos thought she was fine for now.

In fact she was already proving she was better than most, asking about his little friend he had placed at his paws so that he could speak while it was stiff at his feet. He really didn’t care to hear her name honestly, but many offered and he would call her by her name should she choose to give it to him. He ran his paw gently over the pelt of the dead canine as if patting a companion. ”This is Erebos’ friend. Erebos make friends, though sometimes finds them. They keep Erebos company all the time… though eventually they can no longer be friends. This one has been around the longest yet… but once the heat comes it will change… it always does. Do not hurt or take friends… Erebos will kill and then make you next friend… just like this one. Though is that so bad?” He said grinning at the end before scooping his friend closer to him so that he stood slightly protectively over the corpse.

That explanation over she felt the need to ask more of him. Causing him to once again tilt his head only in the other direction, icy blue and fire bursted orbs focused on her almost lazily as she asked her next question. ”Family is good. Always help and keep safe. Always will keep Erebos company if he wants them. They understand more than others. Pack is good, help with making friends, Father Eden likes pack, and Erebos does too, but not for same reasons.” He explains in his quiet drawn out voice ear flicking back once more.

”What about Brother Elohim? Brother Elohim probably better at answering than Erebos. Better with words. Talks more. Cares.” The last word was said louder, he was very neutral but her questions were not really ones he cared about. The first one, curiosity about his friends was nice, her rhetorical inquiries about packs and families, not so much. Erebos liked his home, his family, he didn’t care what others thought of it, just like how he didn’t care if others judged him for his social circle.
