Passing of Bill Fairbanks

I am deeply saddened to make everyone aware of the passing of retired T.P.D. Sgt. Bill Fairbanks. Although I just found out, he evidently died April 21st. And the obituary I found said there was no post cremation ceremony. Billy was a lifelong friend and I very much regret I didn't spend more time with him while he was here.
