I tried that last fall. Caught some saugeye but no catfish over 3#'s that weekend catfish tournament. Our biggest flattie last year was 21 lbs and went 37" long. Pulled it out of chocolate milk water outside chippewa right after the big flood. Only 1 so far this year and a measly 3 pounder.Those flatties sure can fight! Replies:
