Congratulations to the winners of the Pasquotank River! Also, a well done to all the other competitors who faced a dismal foggy morning with a positive attitude. Our weigh in went smoothly with only a couple of glitches. A final reminder: All fish brought to the scales for weigh in must be in a bag with sufficient water to keep them alive.
