She is one wolf I haven't talked to or did much but observe from very far. It has come to my knowledge that she commands this pack, guiding them. It annoys me not to know more about this. It seems that I'm missing so much and there is tons to learn. If I could just sit and observe all the time it would be so much easier, but sometimes I have to take the front and ask, prepare, work. Not that I'm lazy, but it would be more practical, it is all. I'm more than willing to step forward to do my things and when I see others doing it before me I like to see and when I do it myself it becomes better.

This big wolfess before us lowered her head right when Jakuta spoke, staring at her in the eyes. Oh, it seems easy to try and scare small wolves when you are big. I feel threatened for my sister, my reaction is different. My heart races and I feel myself more aware when this happens. When I am about to do something, the wolfess pulls her head up and the feeling goes away. Why did she do that? What she wanted from us?

Mom whimpered and lowered herself, accepting punishment for something, which still is very strange for me, but as she did the big monster walked forward between us. My head moved and I felt my heart racing again, eyes looking directly at the monster's tail. I can be small compared to her, but one bite on that tail. It was where it hurt the most on me when my sisters bounced and bit on me, so I judged that the pain would be worse in bigger wolves. I was about to act again, looking back at her and noticing that she was only brushing against mom's muzzle. I'm confused again... She speaks, asking mother a few things... She said that an alpha was supposed to protect and care about their pack, health. I absorb this quickly.

She didn't threaten? Then what did she do to Jakuta? Things are very strange here. My head lowers and I try to make sense of things, twitching one ear in the direction of the monster, listening to her at the same time. She did not threaten mom, but she felt threatened as well as me when she looked at sister. Was this just because of her size? Face? I do not know. Mom tells her that we are daughters of Zeus and things proceed. My head lifts again as she speaks of dad. Killed?

- What is kill? - I asked first and waited, which came with the next question - How do you know wolves are innocent? Is it because they are our allies?

I asked. That was one thing I don't know at all. I have no idea what it is, to kill and innocent wolves. Kill I haven't heard of and innocent? Mom said someday that we are innocent. But I know that it hasn't anything to do with size as I first thought. It meant know little. Like me and my sisters...

Then she proceeded to tellus about the pack. There is a lot to understand I make sense of them quickly. Only not understanding how a pack protects each other if the function of the alpha is protect their pack. So does this make the alpha stronger?

- I want to be an alpha.

I told her once she finished. This was what I knew from the beginning. I like to guide, protect and care. But I think I'm not so good at it right now. I must learn.

Thoth - Advisor to Sekhmet - God of wisdom, reason, and secrets. This wolf is extremely loyal to the Pharaoh. They can make and block steals as well as accept challenges when Sekhemt and the Kuk are unable to do so.

Imhotep - Divine Priest - Spiritual Advisor to Sekhmet. You will make sacrifices to the gods in her name.
Amunet - The Heir - One who is hidden and her powers are connected to the words silence, stillness, mystery and obscurity.
Ma'at - Lead Diplomat - God of justice and order. You maintain peace and order within the pack and with those to whom we are bound.

Nephthys - Head Butcher - God of death and decay. You, mighty butcher, will be the artful assassin. Those marked should meet Anubis soon.
Set - Head Thief - God of chaos and change. Take everything that you need and a little extra to grow. The rest is tribute.
Horus - Head Hunter - God of good hunting. Great hunter, the feast will be plentiful when you step on the fields.
Isis - Head Healer - God of healing and protection. You mend the wounds and do not allow weakness to fester.
Seshat - Head Informant - God of knowledge. Gather information on our friends and enemies alike.

Scepters - Warriors - You will work closely with Sobek. Fight for your pack; you will often be asked to escort other members on outings when it is seen fit.
Kemet - Hunters - Working under the eye of Horus, you will ensure the pack is fed.
Medjay - Scouts - Show me, what bounties can you find for the gods? Report your findings to Seshat.
Snares - Thieves - The world is ours, let us reap from it. Learn your art from Set.
Heka - Healers - Work with Isis to heal wounds and ease pain; repair what is broken to the best of your abilities.
Scribes - Diplomats - You will work under Ma'at to complete the duties of mantaining peace within and outside of the pack.

Kith - Children of Asteraia - The youth are our future.
Kin - Unranked members of Asteraia - Those who have not yet chosen a specialty, or who do wish to.
