At Leisure Lake the sun is always shining and only a few stray clouds roam the open sky; paradise is the one word that really describes it. This beautiful lake is clean and refreshing, the very best place to swim and fish. Pups are known to play here while older wolves watch at the side, engaged in their own activities.

Test My Will, Test My Heart

The female still did not realize that the water was still having an effect on her, though it was lessening a bit now that some of it had made its way out of her brain now. Her head was still swimming and fuzzy and made her feel like she was floating above the clouds. But it was not entirely changing who she was and her personality, but more that it was making her bolder. She never would have approached the strange male, but her hormones were going crazy and had urged her forward, had made her feel that if she did not go to him and meet him that the world may end. And so a conversation with a new friend had started, and it had gone better than she anticipated. Typhon had turned out to be a kind brute, one that probably had many stories about many adventures from his travels. And he was the most handsome males she had ever encountered. Whenever their pelts brushed alongside each other it felt like electricity was running through her veins. It felt like the world was right and perfect now that she had met him. It seemed that nothing else mattered as long as Adara was with him.

The femme’s artics turned to focus back on the male as he spoke, his vocals the sweetest music she had ever heard. He had a playful smirk on his kissers and her smile widened on her own face. She couldn’t help it, when she was around him she had a constant smile on her features. She knew then that her life wouldn’t be complete again if he were to leave her. Adara had never been the type to cling to another wolf, whether male or female, and she was not going to change that. She had been raised to be independent, to not rely on others for survival. But something that she had learned after being reunited with her brother was that choosing to be around certain vargs could influence your happiness. When she was with Aindreas or her nephew Sin, the one who had grown closest to her of all of Aindreas’ kin, she was happier than when she was alone. But that did not mean that she relied on them. If they were to leave she would survive, though it would be a different life than the one he had grown accustomed to. And that was what she would attempt to do with Typhon. She did not need him, but wanted him.

The space between the two closed as the male moved, her audettes perked to catch the words coming from his maw. without you now. How about you come on adventures with me? We can travel…and stay together. Then again, if you'd like to go back to your brother and raise his pups with him, that's totally fine. I'd stop by every now and again to visit. One day I'll settle down…I know we just met and all but I feel like I have this connection with you…one I've never felt with anyone else." The larger male rested his cranium on her head and she let out a satisfied purr as she leaned into his touch. His darker pelt meshed into her silver one as the two beings temporarily became one. Adara’s instincts in this moment with the water still influencing her was to scream yes, that she would stay with him and never leave his sides. That she would go out on adventures with him and they would be truly happy together. But there was Aindreas, her brother, and his son, Sin, to think about. She had promised her brother that she would not leave him after the two had been torn apart at birth. But they were adults now, and surely he would understand if she were to leave, hopefully being temporarily, to go out and explore the world with a wolf that could be a potential lover. She didn’t realize that her thoughts had gone that far until that word popped into her head. Was that what was going to happen with Typhon? Would he want that? She knew that she did, but was it too soon? Moving too quickly? She had no idea how these things worked.

Finally the female opened her maw, trying to keep her head to clear enough to give an answer. ”Well I can’t just leave my brother without saying goodbye, but the thought of going out on adventures, especially with you, is too much to give up. He will understand why I’m leaving, and besides we can always visit right?” She pulled her head out from under him to give him a hopeful look, hoping that Typhon was not asking her to give up her family for good, unsure of what she would do if that was what he wanted of her. ”Do you have family too?” He had not yet told her of that aspect of his life if he had any family around or not.
