i am so, so sorry to hear about all of this. like riley said, you have given little ori the kind of life he probably couldn't have even dreamed of when you first found him -- he's been loved by you and all his furry companions alike.

i can't even imagine how you must be feeling about the deployment. but, i do know will loves you enough that he'd fight through hell and back for you.

but, don't ever feel like you need to apologise to us. take as much time as you need to be able to find some peace - your health and life has gotta' come first! just, don't forget that we're always here for you though.
