At Leisure Lake the sun is always shining and only a few stray clouds roam the open sky; paradise is the one word that really describes it. This beautiful lake is clean and refreshing, the very best place to swim and fish. Pups are known to play here while older wolves watch at the side, engaged in their own activities.

_________________________________________________________________________ With every second the female’s head became clearer and clearer. She shook her cranium, trying to clear and figure it out why she felt a bit fuzzy. Was something wrong with her? She didn’t feel sick or anything like that, just a little…off. But none of that mattered. The only thing that mattered was that the handsome male in front of her was still there and had not disappeared. He was not a hallucination, but a real varg, one in her presence and had not wandered off. A smile appeared on her kissers, and she hoped that she didn’t look foolish with the silly grin on her features. But she couldn’t help it, she felt happy around him. The pair continued to converse, and then he asked if she would want to go out and travel with him. She was shocked, no one asked to hang out with her. She didn’t even have any friends. She just had her brother and now his kin. Adara had always assumed that she was just boring, nothing special about her to make others want to hang out with her. And now this male was not only staying and chatting with her, but asking her to stay with him. Her grin widened even more, if that was even possible. The grey femme had a brief moment of doubt though, thinking of Aindreas her brother. She had promised not to leave him once they had been reunited. But surely he would understand, right? If she explained the situation to him then there was no way he would want her to stay home. She hoped so anyways. The handsome brute chuckled at first, but then cut himself short. Her blue orbs looked up in concern, was it not okay for her to ask about his family? She hoped that she didn’t cross any line and was going to push him away. She wanted to keep him as close to her for as long as she could. Before Typhon could respond she quickly apologized, not wanting to cross any boundaries and make him uncomfortable. ”I’m sorry, you don’t have to talk about your personal life if you’d rather not.” But instead of being silent, he continued to speak. "Yes, love, we can always visit your brother. It would be very nice to do so. Plus I would get to meet him. It's complicated with my family. You see, my mother and father both passed away when I was a teen. I had been so used to them taking care of me…it was hard on my own. Yes, I do miss them but…life goes on. Currently, I have a sister. She's around here somewhere…I'm not sure if she's alive or not. We were separated. That's mostly the reason I've been traveling around. I've been looking for her again. Her name is Noshi. Have you heard of her?" The brute had gone back to his joking self, and he had called her love. Adara’s heart leapt at his words. But Typhon’s words were not entirely happy and playful. His words reminded her of her own story, but it was different. She had no memory of Aindreas before they had met as adults, she didn’t know that he existed as they were torn apart at birth. The femme stepped closer to him, her plume reaching out to touch his shoulder in a comforting gesture. ”I’m sorry to hear that about your sister. My brother Aindreas and I were separated at birth, but I had no recollection of him before we were brought together again as adults. I unfortunately do not know your sister. But if you ever wanted to seek her out I will always be around to assist you if you wanted.” The fae was glad to hear that Typhon wanted to meet her brother and that they would be able to visit her family in between adventures, but what exactly were they? Going on adventures together, meeting her brother. She had feelings towards him that she had never felt before, and it confused her. Not in a bad way, just in a foreign way. Her audettes focused on the brute once more as he spoke again, making her heart continue to beat faster. "But I'm glad you're coming with me Adara. I'm sure it'll be a great experience for both of us." The silver grey femme inched closer to him, hoping that he wouldn’t push away from her. ”I look forward to it, Typhon.” She smiled up to him, feeling like she could get lost in his gaze if she stared too long. ________________________________________________________________________ |
