Ruieze Fields

Open fields and soft grass...
Ruieze stretches far in the midlands of Moladion, laced with streams that feed into Diveen and out of Asteraia at times. The fields are vast, filled with wildflowers and tall, soft grass; trees are sparse, as are rocks, but one can find small shrubs to hide amongst, and the grass itself. To the south of the fields, a Ruieze River widens, and the ground becomes sandy. There is a small, grassy island that can be reached from the banks, with water-birds often congregating on the island rather than the riverbanks.

If Pandora had noticed the way that the brown woman eyed her, she had done a good job at ensuring nobody was none the wiser. Instead, she had focused her attention immediately onto the real matter at hand - Tithe. Her sister, she figured, could deal with any suspicion or bitterness. Was that not why Niviaq had sent Sila? Pandora was sure there was more to it than simply her knowledge of healing. In the end, it was exactly what Sila had meant to do; though her attention had also focused on Tithe, she tried her best to offer comfort to Taika. She grinned, small and sweet, and calmly observed the lingering wounds. Did they need healing too? At least, Sila supposed, they did not seem to have been received recently. It was a small comfort to know that the fight for leadership had not expanded beyond.

Pandora, on the flipside, had buried herself immediately into the task of pulling Tithe out from his seclusion. Perhaps her words had been gruff and yet, her tail flopped the once in joy when she heard at least some recognition - a groan, sure, but it was something at least. Silence in these instances was the worst case scenario. For whatever reason, she had a natural understanding that she needed to be strong and in control in this moment. She had come to consider Tithe strong and yet, she simply felt as if she needed to be the one to carry both their weight. She simply had to ignore the unusual feelings that stirred in her very soul first and foremost. For him. For both of them.

Carefully, she stepped back as he began to stir; as she did so, she passed both Taika and Sila a knowing look before Tithe had completely emerged. She...was not entirely sure what she had to do. She hoped the other two had a better plan than she. As he emerged, Sila had shuffled back to a more comfortable position, unwilling to crowd the stranger though she took the opportunity to gauge his wounds with sad awe. At least, she supposed, they were not too severe. Painful perhaps but she could see a great potential for them to heal trouble-free.

"You don't owe anybody an apology," the response came instantly and instinctively as Tithe forced the hint of a grin; Pandora responded in kind, forcing one just as subtle but one just as knowing. Tithe had done his best, that she knew, and she had no doubt he had done so for a good reason. Loss was nothing to her - everybody lost in the end. It is why she had always valued her freedom and knowledge beyond hierarchy or possessions. "Besides, the mountain was a bit crowded, don't you think? I always liked this den more, I think." She shrugged, her smile stronger now as she stepped forward as Taika danced about them. She followed the other woman's actions, taking a position alongside Tithe and nudging into him gently.

On the outside, Sila watched with the hint of a toothy grin. She nodded the once and rose to stand, gentle in her approach as she motioned to the herbs and roots she had brought. "If you are in pain, Tithe, I have all that is needed to make it otherwise," she offered yet she did not crowd the group but rather, she allowed them to direct her in a sense. This was personal, after all, and she understood that she was essentially a potential threat thanks to her affiliation with the mountain. Not everybody understood - or knew! - her mantra in life. "But if you'd rather, I'm sure these two ladies would be happy to do the healing, no?" She grinned up at Taika and Pandora with a tilted head, genuine offer in her voice as she again pressed her nose towards the pelt. That way, she supposed, they could also learn and, in turn, Tithe would not need to feel any more uncomfortable beneath the care of a stranger.
