She moved swiftly on occasion sinking her teeth into his soft flesh and yet he grew and adapted to her tactics and avoided move of her nips. She was drawn in, partially out of Thoth’s cleaver trickery and partly because she wanted to stay and play. It was much more fun than wandering alone or with her family in the meadow. She moved with eagerness and excitement. Although now quite grown in into her awkwardly large limbs she still held a sense of gracefulness accompanied by her youthful aggression, it most certainly had to be an intriguing sight.

Sekhmet glowered at the old wolf, she hated the way he looked at her which forced a small growl from her frame. “Share name with few; only important people mother says.” Perhaps she had yet to grow as eloquent and lovely in language as he mother; for she strung together words harshly before baring her teeth and offering a youthful snarl. “Deserve to know, must prove you’re important.” She finished in frustration, she started to understand why mother didn’t often speak. It was a rather frustrating experience.

Her gaze half slid to Thoth’s body; his maw contorted in what she was learning as threat and his body language spoke the same thing. She knew pain but not like this; she growled childishly trying to hold the weird pain she felt out of her gaze before it was quickly replaced by anger. Her teeth snapped as he moved to look back at the adult leaving Thoth with a look of harsh, angry warning. She tried to express her displeasure to the pup as much as possible before centering more on the old man. She clearly was eager for Samhain to leave the pair.

Sekhmet spun slightly so she could watch the pair of them. Perhaps any reasonable minded youth would be afraid and yet she stood her ground. Her guard hairs stood on end as she continued her hard gaze, they where bigger than she, even Thoth but only by so much. Could she drag him away from the old man though? She was angry, perhaps with herself or perhaps with them but she was cautious and observant; she studied her mother often and perhaps it would pay off today.
