OK, today I decided to let some paint dry and looked for a nice front door to replace the faded and waterstained one on the house... I went to Home Depo$t and found a nice one with a stained glass insert for $2500.00... No, it wasn't gold plated... Then I went across the freeway to surplus building materials and found a nice one with a large stained glass insert for $125.00
It's new and they will drill and mortise the hinges for me. The model I want should arrive in a week or so...
So far, I have painted three bedrooms, two bathrooms, utility room, half the kitchen, and most of the dining room...The only thing else left is the living room.. Can't wait to get the new carpet in... I'm excited to see how it will look.. The realty lady thinks I can just about double what I paid for it... I'll have to find something else to live in soon or Taxes will eat me alive....
Terri and Stacia are coming tomorrow, Hope they take a lot so I don't have to move it or donate it...
Anyway...
