I enjoyed his company so. It had been quite some time since we have wandered out into the wilds to enjoy time together. Even if it was me shadowing his form as he moved with such a purpose through the lands. He saved me, I always remember him cleansing me of my defective eye making me pure of anything bad. The pain was temporary but the feeling after of being rid of something so useless had made it so he could accept me and we could be together unhindered. It pleased me to no end to have him, to help him and while I now help the Monster of Asteraia, should Valefor ask me to leave or do something I would always follow his word first.

While I certainly respect the elder wolfess for what she has accomplished and done I know in due time she will no longer be able to do the things she does now. Already I know she likely slows from her age but she has young ones she’s probably hoping to take her place. I see the child, Nevermore, running about. The image of her parents part of me wonders if I will ever have such things such as children in my own. If I did it would only be to him and nothing else and I will only tolerate perfection coming from us. I would end it, and I am unsure to what female ever birthed the abomination we approached was just as weak and imperfect as her child.

I stopped in my tracks at the site of the other, not knowing just yet what was wrong with him. My shadowy form was low to the ground watching my angel for any sign of what he would like me to do. The subtle nod came and soon I was vanishing into the brush once more circling around as he made the direct approach, pinching the pathetic creature between us so that he may not run from his cleansing. I am quick and silent suddenly showing up from behind him as Valefor attacks him from the front. Should he try to back up or run from the shoreline and into the brush dodging away from my Angel’s blessing of him I will bite down on the younger boys back and neck. Small as I am I can at least inhibit his movement slightly. I do not wish to break his legs and keep him from running after all they are still functional and I am not sure if Valefor wishes to take him from the world completely or help make him better as he did myself.

Such was life in this world. He would be better if he not struggled as I didn’t struggle against my savior when he had taken my eye. The world though could also do without this blemish upon it. I will do what small part I can to make everything better and try to help create the perfection he deserves. His mother should have spared him, his father too, we will help him now.
