I just got a heated email from the witness about the wording "LARGE CAT", meaning NOT a housecat in the view of those seeing it, and in our lingo we use. She called me a liar, etc etc. apparently trying to say we said she admitted it was a housecat, which we DID NOT!! So our investigation of this will end. Sorry all. She had indicated she would not put out a traffic cone for size also previously. I was working with the animal control to try to get some kind of identifiable object in place to show the true size!! An entire day of work defending this witness was wasted.... Replies:
