The Cavern of Secrets holds much more than you can imagine. Once a forbidden place, the ban on entrance has been released...yet, is it a good idea to enter?

Once a great battle had been fought in this cavern, against a dark beast that had once - and still might - dwell here. No one knows where he disappeared to, but there are rumours...

I'm Your Worst Nightmare Dressed as your Day Dream

The fae's demeanor changed as he continued his monologue, circling her, from fear to intrigue. And then she spoke words to counter his own. 'You're taking me as some sort of princess.' Draven ceased his motions as she moved directly into his path and remained content to stare at her, his tail flicking from one side to the other. He was anxious to kill her, to bathe in her blood... But this would be his first plaything in months. He could stand to be patient for a few more minutes. 'Oh, no no. You see, I'm an adventurous spirit, yes. But, the thing is. I'm sick of being good. I'm sick of being that princess that everyone describes me as. A goody goody? Hell no. Not anymore. I need a change, a challenge. I don't wish to end my life. I simply wish to start a new chapter.' Draven chuckled as she contradicted herself, but said no words, knowing that her monologue was not yet complete. Most vargs did not like it when their meals spoke to them, but Draven was just the opposite. Surely, this one was not saying the normal words of - oh no please spare me - or perhaps - kill me quickly! - but her tune would change eventually. 'You're a killer, yes. Sir, I understand that. But you see, I'm not scared like I should be. I'm not running from you like some wimp would. I don't want you to kill me, but help me. If you can do one simple action like that? Hm?'

Once more Draven chuckled but this time the demon threw back his head and laughed, great guffaws pulling from his maw. Just as suddenly as they started, he fell silent - deadly silent - and stared at her with his bright emeralds which twinkled dangerously. "You say you are not a princess, but admit to once being exactly that. You want to change, but I think it is to spite others instead of to better yourself. And you are wrong, by the way, for it is the smart ones who run, for sometimes I let them get away, feeding on their fear rather than their flesh. But you are right, also - you should be scared, but who am I to tell you what to feel or how to act. Your choice has been made." The beast yawned and lowered his haunches to the earth, considering the end of her words - she wanted help. What type of help did she want, exactly?

"Help is never simple, for the reason for needing help is always complex. There is the simple reason that help is needed... But them the intricate web of emotions that led to that reason, the elaborate string of events that brought you to even need help. And then, of course, there is the whole debacle of whether I even would want to help you. So tell me, princess..." Draven paused briefly, smirking at her, knowing that she would be irked by the title. "...What is it exactly that you want help with? I'll give you a moment to think it over, kind beast that I am, so that you make it as interesting as possible. It had better overrule my hunger.... For I am hungry. I was to tear your flesh from the underlying sinew and muscle. I want to bask in your blood and feel it pool beneath my feet and flow down my throat. I want to hear your screams in the sweet symphony that you will make for me. So tell me. What is so interesting that I should not eat you?" As Draven waited for her answer, he took the time to start sharpening his claws on a nearby rock... But never once did his gaze leave her.
