The water rushed and splashed against rocks, fish jumped from small waterfalls. The sun shined brightly from its place behind the trees, a soft breeze blew by. The area was peaceful and full of joy it seemed, with bugs flitting over the rushing water, the jumping fish, and crickets beginning to chirp. A ways up stream two individuals could be seen; one romping and playing, mindful of the water, another quietly chewing the grass.

Tilian was the smaller of the two beings, being a three year old Aussie. Her black pelt made her look plumper than she truly was but it was still sleek and shiny in the sunlight. Brown and white paws danced across the earth as she played with a dandelion, the white stripe down her face even more noticeable with each snap of her jaws. Her butt wiggled in happiness, her tail long since been docked.

"Tilian," a deep voice called from behind the canine. "I will not be fishing you out of that river should you fall in." The femme blinked at such a comment and whipped her head to the side, chocolate orbs resting on just as dark eyes.

StarShip was a humongous horse, if Tili said so herself. He stood at an easy 16.3 hands, towering over Tili by... well, a lot. His blueish-black coat was just as sleek as Tili's fur, and his mane was long and flowing for a horse who hadn't been groomed in who knows how long. A long strand of grass poked out of his mouth.

"oh please, you know you'd be the first to come get me if something went down." She snorted this before standing from her crouched position and shaking out her fur. "Think we'll see anyone?" A daily question. One that made the stallion snort.

Starship didn't dignify the question with a response, merely went back to happily chomping his grass. They'd been on the mountain for roughly two years... He nor Tili had any reason to believe anyone else was actually there, willing to strike up a conversation with them both. They'd been alone since day one.
