Lost female pit bull

Our pit bull, Chelsey, got loose from her chain while she was outside using the bathroom this morning at around 10 am or so. She was at a friend's house and they live on 15th Street in San Leon on the corner. The friend says she may have gotten loose because she got loose yesterday, got hit by a car and has road rash on her front legs. She said she tried to call me but could not reach me. Please contact me at 8327387815 or at the email posted any information will be greatly appreciated
