Further information and the Nominal Roll of eligible members can be found on the AMG Honours and Awards webpage. If you think that you are eligible for the award and have not been identified on the Nominal Roll, you can apply to AMG.HA@defence.gov.au, for consideration, providing supporting evidence such as PMKeys data, Flight Log Books, Deployment Otders or any other documentation that you feel will prove your eligibility.

WGCDR Matt Cooper, CO37SQN advises, individuals will not be able to access the AMG Honours and Awards website unfortunately, so unless/until that is rectified, my suggestion is that individuals can email me directly (matthew.cooper3@defence.gov.au) if they believe they meet the criteria. I’ll confirm if they are/aren’t on the list, and provide them details on how to get added to it if required.
