I was biking the snowmobile trail today in Tay Township. Between Rosemount Road and Gervais there is a pond on the south side of the trail with what I believe are an invading pink water lily. I didn`t have a good camera with me but have some low quality images. In the binoculars they seemed to be about the same size and configuration as fragrant water lilies and around them the leaves had no discernible difference from a distance, from the fragrant water lily leaves. What is the scientific name - any guesses?
