IF > You know the entire IL lake structure -and- have it plotted well ~ Have Eye 'skills ~ Have the ability to understand Mother Nature ~ 'Rodbend after dark, usually after midnight to dawn - Then you should score well...
BTW ~ you'll need to do new dredge plots every year ~ the plotting takes time but is worth it
...Also don't expect free-bee IL GPS info cuz the Good Lord only helps those who help themselves...
