Well, the house is listed, the signpost is out front, and I have all the rooms ready for viewing... So far, there has been a stampeed of exactly zero people wanting to view the house.. Neighbors and friends and realtors say the price is right, and the market is right for sellers, but so far, no takers..
Well, we'll see what the weekend brings...
Anyway, the place looks great!
