Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

It was good to know, at least, that the missing wolf was not in any immediate danger. She's a good wolf, Amber had said, and I took the implied meaning to be that someone just might take advantage of her good nature. It wouldn't be the first time something like that had happened in Moladion. I blinked away thoughts about Sorcha, whose death was an unsolved crime. She, too, had been a good wolf. Had she fallen victim to a wolf who took advantage of how nice she was? I did not want something like that to happen to this Taika woman, whoever she was, or her pups. If there was something to be done to help Amber locate her friend, then wasn't it my responsibility to do it?

My gaze drifted off for a moment, glancing over the landscape to search for other wolves. For a short while, we walked in silence, as I considered what she had said. If they had a place to host events, then they would do them. Spirane was a place, a place that had successfully hosted many events in the past before the interruption to Daenerys' rule. We were still rebuilding ourselves as a pack, and I wasn't sure if I should be so bold as to extend an invitation of such magnitude without speaking to my mother first. But this was for a good cause, and surely it could only help to restore Spirane's good name throughout Moladion. Surely Mom would approve; in fact I think she'd be rather proud of me for organizing something like this. After all, she'd wanted to learn more about the gypsies and their stance on the packs of Moladion. What better way to do that then to invite them to visit the mountains themselves?

Settled in my choice, I spoke up once more. "Spirane is somewhere you could host an event. Daenerys would welcome you, I'm sure of it. If you have an occasion in mind, I can arrange a location in the foothills, so that anyone could come who wants to." I paused for a moment, cocking my head slightly. "That's your guys' thing, right? Anyone who wants to participate, can?" It could certainly create interesting implications, opening the borders to anyone who wanted to come, but we would have time to prepare for it, and it wouldn't be the first time a large event had taken place in Spirane. After all, my brothers had begun the tradition of the annual two year old party each spring in the foothills of our home, and there had never been any problems with that.

ooc; we can probably wrap this thread up and get the play started whenever you're ready! feel free to PM me if you want to discuss details! c:
