Life was not dull here within the fields. There was much she had to do and she didn’t have enough time during the day to do it all. Yet she managed it all. Galileo and Anima were doing superb with their specialty and she was thinking what sort of new rank the two deserved within the pack, they had done so well, and they needed to be rewarded for their efforts. Nakato had grown quite quiet lately, but she had caught wind of two new scents in the direction of her den and they matched the scents that been with Tobias, evidence that there was new life...new life she needed to meet. Psyche was brought back to live here and she hoped the multi-colored wolf was settling in. Tick Tock was pleased to see that Tobias and Flare’s children were doing quite well and she made sure to visit them and bring them food when she found them in their den. She knew they could fend for themselves, but when they lived with her during the Fall and Winter of her first year in ownership of Asteraia, she felt inclined to care and watch over them as if they were her own. However, her attention had greater focus on her own shadowy children, proud to see her son be so very inquisitive and blunt, while her unique daughter continued to surprise her with those subtle bursts of sanity that was rare to see. Like any Mother she wanted what was best for them and she would continue to nurture and care for them in a way that was meant for them.
Quietly the Monster moves eerily silently through the brown fields. The touch of the cold winds promising that this Fall Winter would be coming earlier than usual. A promise that prey would be short and the time when her pack would come together as always, to ensure that no one goes hungry. After her talk with Rhett she felt a bit better about him, especially with his intentions with her own daughter. Soon she would pass on the leadership to her second daughter. Indeed her daughter was a bit odd, but she was secretly clever, and she knew this would be a quite a good secret to keep. One grey paw was placed in front of the other as she continued moving about. The sun’s rays weren’t as warm as they usually were, especially when it was high in the sky. Sapphire eyes watched the brown fields bend to the winds, as they ruffled her dark thick fur, pelted with grey. Eventually she would make her way to one of the streams that flows through the fields. Lowering her dial she began to drink in the cool waters, quite content to contain her thirst, her audits twitching side to side in alert for anyone that comes.
