The ad downloaded malware to my computer

Apparently McAfee didn't completely block the harmful content and I woke up to a BSOD error message that was very hard to get rid of. It was attached to my browser and I ended up having to remove it manually. Thankfully it wasn't a full-blown virus but malware is bad enough.

The ad counter has slowed down finally, with only 13 ads blocks this morning instead of hundreds, so I have to assume something was done to get rid of the viral ads. Thank you for that. I'm not going to drop my guard just yet, though, seeing how whoever provides your ads isn't terribly careful about what they supply. I will be advising my board members to remain cautious as well. This could have ended up being a great deal worse than it was.
