Aurelia knew she deserved the glower aimed her way - shame and embarrassment rushed through her at her behavior. There was really no reason for her to have been silent during the trip here, and she could understand the other woman’s anger and distrust. If someone from Iromar had herded her there without a word, she would have been just as angry. As the tension drained from the woman’s frame, some of her guilt died away in turn. She seemed thoughtful now, even though her expression still seemed guarded. It was certainly an improvement from her previous emotions. They study each other for a long moment - Aurelia is careful to keep her face soft and open, lest she unsettled the other woman once again.

Suddenly, the earthen fae sighs and Aurelia’s ears twitch forward as she begins to speak. “I suppose it is what it is but I do appreciate your apology. As I am in this packs care for a week do you suppose you could tell me about it and perhaps show me around?” Aurelia beamed in response to the other woman’s words. ”Of course! You’ll need to meet Daenerys, the alpha, first, but I’d be glad to show you around.” Without hesitating, she tipped her head back and released a short call for the Protector of the Realm. As she righted her crown, she fell silent - Daenerys would be able to explain what Spirane was about much better than her. As the other woman looked around, Aurelia did too, and wondered what the girl felt and saw about the mountain. The trees here were familiar and comforting, as was the grass under her paws and the cool breeze on the wind. Everything about Spirane felt like home to Aurelia, and if she was lucky, the other girl would come to feel the same way.

Her eyes shot back to the shewolf as she began to speak once again. ”I must say I don’t have very many friends; perhaps it would be nice to have some company sometimes.” Aurelia gave another mega-watt smile, feathery tail swishing happily behind her. ”Well, I’m always around,” she replied, ”and I’m never one to turn away good company.” She settled in delicately on her haunches as she finished speaking, ears and eyes alert for the arrival of her alpha.
