Ruieze Fields

Open fields and soft grass...
Ruieze stretches far in the midlands of Moladion, laced with streams that feed into Diveen and out of Asteraia at times. The fields are vast, filled with wildflowers and tall, soft grass; trees are sparse, as are rocks, but one can find small shrubs to hide amongst, and the grass itself. To the south of the fields, a Ruieze River widens, and the ground becomes sandy. There is a small, grassy island that can be reached from the banks, with water-birds often congregating on the island rather than the riverbanks.

After what had seemed like forever, her desires finally manifested into reality. Duo eyes watched as the clouds shifted and grew over seas that crashed against shores of Glorall. Her breath hitched in her throat and eyes glistened with anticipation of the chaos that was about to come to the land she walked.

As soon as the storm hit the young girl was off! Snowy white body raced in the wringing wind! With every step that propelled her forward, she called the storm to grow stronger! Laughing and dancing within the storm’s rage she could feel herself come alive! The surge of the earth’s energy consumed her and made her blind to the dark dangers that grew overhead. She did not notice the sinking of the sun until a dark grey shadowed all of the world around her. When at last she opened her eyes she was startled to see, instead of calling and controlling the storm, it had taken everything away from her.

Not for the first time had weather and fate taken sight from her eyes. So many times she had run blindly down a path. This time there was no storm wolf to save her. Inanna was devastated to find that this time she had called her own destruction to rain down on her.

Deaf and blind from the wind and the sleet, she searched for anything that could give her a clue as to where to go. The ice had covered up every trail and the clouds blacked out every landmark. There was nothing around her that could bring her hope.

Not daring to cry out, Inanna raised her head stubbornly into the wind, eyes closed against the stinging ice. She would not let this storm defeat her! But she would sit, and she would wait it out even as the cold starting to sink through her fur and brush upon her skin.
