and do with her as I see fit." - Garmr

Rules

• The Lagoon is where homeless stallions come to live as a brotherhood. Mares may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Soldiers keep mainly to fighting, Thieves keep mainly to raiding, and Associates may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Marauder or Boss for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Boss maintains order within the Lagoon and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Lagoon works on the Rules page.

• Upon election, the Boss can issue a rule for members to follow during their tenure. It is up to leadership to enforce.

Psychedelic turned an eye toward the mare when her attention diverted onto him, his ears forward. Her question made him grin before he laughed somewhat breathy and shifted his weight as if it were an attempt to appear nonchalant about the answer which came next. “I get some fun, Sunshine.” He paused just briefly before he continued. “The Lagoon’s been pretty quiet for the past few years and it’s boring the hell out of me. It amuses me to be a thorn in the side of society… plus, I wasn’t kidding when I said Salem is a terrible place to live. I have no clue why you’d be so mad about being taken away from there. So hot. Blech.” His skin twitched and he shook his head as if even thinking of the oppressive heat affected him.

Psychedelic might have continued, perhaps telling his new ray of sunshine that he and his boss had raided the territory just a tiny bit before he’d managed to steal her away and they’d been thwarted, so it was a small act of vengeance, but he didn’t get the chance. Kasabian came up in that moment, the tall strands of grass parting for him, and Psychedelic cracked a grin. He rather liked this boss; they often seemed to be on the same page. Psychedelic might have even made some joke about how he’d just been thinking about him only to have the boss appear, but a twist he couldn’t expect made his eyes go wide.

He shot a glance from mare to stallion and back again before his mouth spread into a wide, surprised grin. “Hah! Well I’ll be damned. I had no freaking idea Sunshine was your mom, boss.” He glanced from Kasabian to Evaline and wondered how close the pair was. Psychedelic didn’t care about his dam in the slightest. If he were to see her now, he’d think of her as nothing more than an annoying fly to sweep away with the crack of his tail.

Wait… was the boss’ mom off limits? Should he… have probably not… ah…

You better hope they don’t love each other, because if he finds out what you’ve done to his mommy, you’re in deeeeeep shit.

“Crap.” Psychedelic whispered under his breath, wondering if things got ugly for him, how fast he could run away from Kasabian.
