Divisions: Mens C, Mens D, Mens E, Womens C/D Comined, Womens E
Format: 3 Game Guarantee (Teams need to be ready to play 15 minutes ahead of scheduled time – Coin Flip will be done 15 minutes prior to start of each game SO BE THERE so we can stay on time)
Tournament Dates: 9/24/16 – 9/25/16
1st Place Team will receive FREE PAID ENTRY TO HALLOWEEN HOWL IN CLOVIS, NM
2nd place Team will receive $175 TOWARDSHALLOWEEN HOWL ENTRY
3rd place Team will receive $75 TOWARDS HALLOWEEN HOWL ENTRY
*TEAMS MUST PAY AND ENTER HOWL AND WILL RECEIVE REIMBRUSMENT AT HOWL CHECK IN
*INDIVIDUAL AWARDS TBD – MVP AWARDS – ALL TOURNAMENT TEAM AWARDS
Mens C – If 7 teams or less we will combine with the Mens D. We will then play by the Mens C rule. which is as follows: 4 allowed over the fence homeruns, excess homeruns will be outs. If there are 8+ teams we will call # of homeruns at the plate, if a decision cannot be agreed upon by both teams we will play with 8 homeruns, excess homeruns being outs.
Mens D – Will play by the MENS C HOMERUN RULE. 4 homeruns, excess homeruns are outs. Some D teams might be forced to play up at the discretion of the director.
Mens E – Will play by the MENS D HOMERUN RULE. 2 homeruns, excess are inning ending outs. Some E teams might be forced to play up at the discretion of the director.
Womens C/D – All Womens C teams will spot D teams 1 run/inning. Some D teams maybe denied run spot based on discretion of the director. Will be allowed unlimited homeruns.
Womens E – Some Womens E teams might be forced to play up based on the discretion of the director. Will be allowed 4 homeruns, excess are inning ending outs.
DEADLINE TO ENTER THE TOURNAMENT IS TUESDAY, SEPT. 20 @ 8PM.
Teams can pay at the Complex prior to start of their 1st game, online @ the USSSA Website, via Pay Pal by sending via Friends and Family to email@example.com or via Google wallet by sending to firstname.lastname@example.org. If your entry fee is not paid 15 minutes prior to the start of your first game your team will be removed from the tournament, you as a coach will then have 7 days to pay the fee, if the fee is not paid within 7 days of the tournament ending date you and your team will be suspended from all USSSA events for 1 year from the date of the final day of the tournament.
