Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

Note: Susil Crags will return to normal once 25 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes.

The young wolf hung on his every word, enraptured by the thoughts he was stirring in her. Two colored eyes looked up to the sky, as if she could see a storm starting to brew on the horizon. Not usually one to fall into imagination she could still almost see the dark clouds forming, calling for her to dance in them and to read their words as easily as her nose read the winds.

She looked back at Zeus, her head tilting with curiosity. How could one so great and powerful speak about humility? Humble. She thought, removing her gaze from him to think on the word. A sense of knowing you were not the power that shook the world. That would be the storm itself, not the caller or dancer on the earth. She would not be the bringer or the mistress of storms. She would be the lover of them. The voice in the wind and the rain.

Inanna’s composure softened still more, a smile tugging at her young lips. It was more than had ever been given to her in her life. A sense of knowing who she was and where she could be going. The feeling of a caring man by her side that was not her peer was wonderful to her mind. She could not help but lean her head into his side and breath in his scent.

And you will be there, to watch the storms with me. It wasn’t a question. She was eagerly looking forward to the next day they could sit outside a rocky cave and watch the lightning dance down from the heavens.
