A sinking feeling deep in my stomach warns me that something may be wrong. As I stand before the boy, I noticed he didn’t submit. His eyes flash with a challenging glare and I falter. My tail lowers and my chest isn’t so puffed out anymore. A shadow suddenly casts over me and I turn my speckled eyes to see a much bigger, much angrier wolfess standing over me. My tails curls under my belly and I crouch low as she pours venomous words from her mouth, threatening me. She mentions something about a "Glorian" and I am left to wonder what that is. What kind of a place have I found myself!? I whine loudly in a vain attempt to call for help from anyone who might hear, but it doesn’t stop the pair from advancing on me. The boy joins in and says he would take my eyes. I bare my own teeth in defense and my fur instinctively puffs out as I try to look bigger and more dangerous.
My eyes flash around, trying to find the area I had come from, but in the heat of the moment, I had forgotten where I was and how to get back. I was lost, stuck in a place I did not want to be. A growl escapes and I stop backing up. There was nowhere to go and I was not about to turn tail and run from these barbarians! Even though my legs were trembling and my tail was still tucked safely under me, I stand in defiance and show my sharp, milk teeth. "Get away from me! I am a princess and this is not how I am to be treated. " The words escape before I can stop them and I have a funny feeling this will only get me in even more trouble. Mommy? Daddy? Now would be a good time for you to come and save me! But they are not here, nor do they know where I am.
Not knowing what else to do and feeling like I was in serious danger with each passing minute, I mock charge forward and flash my teeth in a snap aimed at nothing in particular. It was all show, really. I am big and bad! Fear me! Bi-colored eyes continue to search for a way out, but right now, I am trapped and totally at the mercy of the wolves who seemed to only want my blood on their fangs. "I just want to go home. Please, where is my den?" I ask desperately, tears streaming down my face as I still growl at my would-be attackers.
