Channel 3 announced at 8:03 this morning that about one million gallons of untreated wastewater (a.k.a. sewage water) has been discharged into Charles Creek (the same creek we launch into on the Pasquotank). The discharge started on Wednesday, September 21st and continued for about 24 hours.
