Boss's Decree

"For every brother you bring to our
midst, you may keep a trinket all to
yourself. She will not be sullied or traded, unless you deem otherwise. But should you bring a mare here without a new brother first, then I will consider her property of the Lagoon as a whole
and do with her as I see fit." - Garmr

Rules

• The Lagoon is where homeless stallions come to live as a brotherhood. Mares may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Soldiers keep mainly to fighting, Thieves keep mainly to raiding, and Associates may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Marauder or Boss for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Boss maintains order within the Lagoon and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Lagoon works on the Rules page.

• Upon election, the Boss can issue a rule for members to follow during their tenure. It is up to leadership to enforce.

REVOLVE WITHIN.

As the black mare pulled herself from the bright blue water to the beach of the lagoon, she snorted loudly—taking a moment to gather herself as she looked over a place she hadn’t visited since her brother called it’s confines home several years ago. The memory of Zenith put a metallic taste in her mouth. He was an insufferable prick that she should have eliminated herself, just for the peace of mind. God only knows what he might do if he came back here.

Like her brother, the sort of stallions that lingered in the Lagoon were wholly unpleasant, and based on her past dealings with them, Valve knew precisely how this confrontation her and Gabbar were about to have with these bastards of the moment might go. They would not give up Evaline freely. Certainly they would insist upon some sort of unfair trade, and if Gabbar and Valve didn’t meet their demands, there would be a fight. Truthfully, Valve was hoping for the latter, but she was curious to see just how smart they were. She suspected not very, but it was always fun to play a little game of chess before the swords came out.

She knew Gabbar was likely not too far behind her, so she didn’t advance more than a few strides up the beach, lifting her head and pinning her ears before calling into the dense jungle ahead.

“Knock knock, motherfuckers.”
