Week from hell

I may be a bit slow on my replies for the next few days. This week has been a nightmare. We had a severe storm pass by northern Utah and it caused the roads to flood and even created an F1 tornado that passed about a mile or so away from our apartment. No one was hurt too bad, thankfully.

We ended up getting stuck in the river roads and it caused our car to die a miserable death. Eve and I have been struggling to make ends meet as it is and without a car we would be destitute. Luckily, our insurance covered water damage so we were able to get a rental for the time being, but things are still a bit touch and go.

I haven't slept more than maybe 3 or 4 hours a night all week. I'm exhausted and drained in every way. I'm going to crash hard this weekend and will try to get my muse up for posting. Sorry for the vent. It helps to be able to write about it.
