Curiosity drove her to follow the child long after their fun had ended. It was rather anticlimactic, but regardless she wanted to know more about the child that wanted to help. Kattari wasn’t sure what is was about her but surely she knew that look, that personality. She wanted to see more of her. While Kattari had no interest in fighting or eating children, they were hardly fun, or a challenge, what this girl could become when she was older certainly did. What a thrill she might be someone to challenge or fight. What exhalation she would feel at defeating one that saw other wolves as prey then consuming her heart! Oh her mind sung at the thoughts of them fighting once she was full grown and ready. For now though Kattari wanted to build her, stalk her and see how strong she was now. For that would be a good demonstration of what she could be to her. Perhaps she wouldn’t fight her at all if she was a good little girl and continued to follow her lead, she could use her, have her help after all, then if she were to ever fall… well then her heart would be hers… no need to kill something so… useful. Not yet at least. Even if it meant such power joining her own. Someday the girl’s power would also be Kattari’s for now she would see just what she was doing.

Iromar? How interesting. She watched as she began heading towards the moors, never had Kattari gone here, but it certainly was interesting. There where howls of a change and Kattari knew that the ruler who had just fallen ruled when she was still a child. She had finally fallen after 5 long years? If not longer? Oh how she wished to have her heart, to have the one who defeated her’s heart too! She squirmed delighted by the thought, but surely Aithne hadn’t died in such an exchange. That was a rare thing indeed for the wolf being challenged to die unfortunately still she wouldn’t mind finding and fighting the old Empress and putting her out of her misery of losing her home if she could. Or the one who took it. That would be fun as well. She watched the girl from a distance still as she ate a carcass finding herself less interested as she ate the scraps of others but soon she was on the move again.

Her white and auburn legs carried her following the girl further until soon they found themselves in Iromar’s land. The scent was fresh and wonderfully splayed. Fresh male she noted crossing into the lands without worry. They want to fight her? Fine. She would fight them back. More to fight and get her own hearts racing into her chest, but it seemed since the smells and stuff were unchanged she could walk through the lands unchallenged for now. She stopped then. A den. She could hear the pups cries. A desperate mother to fight? She never tried but that sounded… most amusing. However the girl had something else in mind. She was darting off, running fast and Kattari turned to follow. She jogged through the trees and soon she heard the girl meet with success as she gathered up the pup in her jaws and began to walk off.

She dind’t know the fate of the child. She didn’t care. The girl was one of the cannibals. Hunting weak wolves as if they were prey. No fun… but they were still easy kills to a child. It wasn’t long after that Kattari heard frantic paws. So close but so far momma wolf… She couldn’t say she felt bad. Kattari letting her curiosity grow wandered back towards the den and the frantic steps her tail twitching like cat ready to pounce but when she saw the wolf sprawled out on the ground in silent agony she quickly lost interest in trying to fight for fun. She was small… thin and generally pathetic looking. She scoffed lightly thinking it was time to leave and catch up with the child, but still she was curious to what exactly was going on around here. She would find the child, for now she wanted to see what else would happen here. Perhaps she would be attacked by border patrol? Perhaps they would blame her? Oh… now that might be fun.
