Soon, I shall send Samia to Nari. Though I am sure she has recovered already from her spring ordeal, it would be best that Samia learn the aftermath of such a thing. It is a simple task and yet, the challenge of communication alone should be enough for Samia to decide whether such a role is for her or not; Nari cannot speak and yet, she is more communicative than any wolf in pain ought to be. In any case, she will be able to inspect the children too. Really, it is killing two birds with one stone. But until such a time, when I am sure Nari will be more pleased with company, I am content to simply allow the end of spring to be as such: peaceful despite the dryness of the weather.
Today, I have taken it upon myself to spend time with Enoch. His eye taunts me at times, a ghostly remnant of Heyel and yet, he seems to have embraced its nature and for that, I cannot fault him. He does not allow it to hinder him and perhaps there is some sick satisfaction in watching that shade of glassy violet stare out, dead as ever. Whatever it is, I am curious to watch the way he saunters up and down the sounds of Glorall's beach. I take my time in the shallow water in the rocky groves, digging up crabs and sniffing out after morsels to eat. While I do so, Enoch has taken it upon himself to chew at the driftwood above me, watching idly and without word. Soon, I will have to return to Taviora. For now, this is enough to keep me busy.
