Abandoned in the early 90s from Belton to Greenwood.

The route is still active from Belton to Pelzer operated by the Greenville and Western railroad. CSX still operates the northern segment from Pelzer to Spartanburg.

This route paralleled the former Southern V Line from Greenville to Greenwood.
