Salisbury depot. I 85 to US 52 N to downtown Salisbury.

NCTM> US 29 downtown Spencer.

Five Row. US 29 north of Spencer Long Ferry Rd, Five Row Rd


Yadkin River. US 29 around 2 miles N of Spencer.


Pros: Good Traffic, 14 to 18 trains in a 12 hour period. Decent Shade around the Depot, not so much for Five Row. Food and Drink within walking distance at the Depot and the NCTM, short driving distance from Five Row.


Cons: trains can be slow or stop going into Linwood Yard at Yadkin. Yadkin isn't the best option for camming from early afternoon on. Five Row has limited parking. Tne NCTM can have too many people, same for the depot as these are popular areas for railfanners.
