So... shaman flooded is the basic gist of the haps. Dunno when you were here last, but Tsi's familiar, Therait the giant sea dragon decided he was done with this nonsense and flooded everything so the castle is in a bubble under water and only the tippy tops of the vista mountains are still above the sea (the peaks).
