It is easy to cry "foul" but the editors have already decided on the correct solution.

In Listener 4411 Extra English by Raffles, I replaced LIMEY with ELIEL rather than ARIEL. In the Dictionary of Angels, Eliel is an angel invoked in ritual magic. I appealed to the editors regarding this ambiguity to no avail.

However, I did highlight HARE in the preamble in this puzzle, as no other HARE in the grid consisted of four letters in a straight line. Having said that, Dave Hennings on LWO had an ingenious interpretation of this.

Thank you Poat for a novel puzzle with a twist in the tail.
