We have a similar situation at our place in Caledon--a couple of days ago, a flock or 40-45 females or young turkeys (no beards in sight), but also a regular group of 18 - 24 toms, all with 4 inch to longer beards. Fun to watch them moving past, or coming up on the deck to clean up under the feeders--not sure how much they like the black-oil sunflower though!
