The normal kind of family wasn’t really a thing for Matanak, not really anyways. So today she took her chances and scampered away from Glorall she wasn't really looking for anything, in particular, today just an adventure away from home. It felt nice how her silvery gray fur felt tousled by the breeze she liked this season compared to others and even when out in the summer heat she played in the tide pools despite the constant warning.

This place was nice and shady, the trees some of them bare but somewhere still bright green and it drew her curiosity in occasional taking in a branch and tugging it harshly only to topple back, still she wasn’t without some reward for her efforts. She was now the proud owner of a green slightly sticky but sweet smelling branch. She bounced forward prize in maw unaware of the creatures that lurked outside of homes safe borders.

She tilted her head the branch slightly raking the ground as heard the girls question but didn’t yet see her. Matanak peered forwards making sure and exciting steps towards the voice. She didn’t answer but jerked her head slightly tossing the stick. She looked at the girl with her nebulous eyes bowing playful and wagging her tail. It was a new wolf but it looked enough like a pack member she didn’t even feel worried.
