It had taken a lot longer for me to begin my process into rising in rank than I had anticipated. That was the lesson of life, I guessed. Things happened. My parents passed, my sisters took off, and I was left alone until my brother returned. I hoped that all would be well for a long time now and felt a quiet peace and a burning happiness inside of me I had met Israfel and couldn't imagine not feeling complete. Even now if I closed my eyes and focused I knew in what direction he was. Maybe if I focused more I could learn by intensity how close or far away he was as well. An experiment for later.
For now I clutched the beaver bag that I had made with herbs and carried it through Glorall towards the den I knew was Nari's. I didn't know the female but I had made sure to scent her out the other day and tracked down her den so I wouldn't be wandering aimlessly soon. I had found it without much issue and quietly left. Now I returned, pausing at a clearing to lay my bag down gently and sniffing the air. "Hello?" My soft voice escapes me as I look around, wondering if she was inside or nearby but not wishing to invade her space.
"Umm, Eden told me I should check on you. I know it has been a long time since the birth of your pups but he wants me to see if you've recuperated enough and if the pups are still healthy. If you don't mind. I am Samia." I talk to the air, hoping to lure her out.
