Aplos Riverside

Moladion’s powerful, winding river...
Aplos River is a broad, slow-moving river originating from somewhere beneath the mountains of Spirane and feeding Iromar’s moors in the south. The northern parts of the river are known for their strong currents, with the water becoming slow moving in the south. The riverbanks vary along its course, ranging from soft hummock grasses to small groups of pine, and sometimes nothing but pebbles and sand. Crossing can be difficult at times, but it can be swam or bridged by fallen trees or boulders alike.

She smile in delight as she pulled herself away from him despite the sting in her clearly parted fur, she felt the warmth. She heard his word as much as she felt the rumble in his chest and she turned her head to look up to him. “You want me?” She looked at him with curiosity and then her curiosity twisted darkly in her mind, it became something she even lacked words for. She growled slightly but it was more akin to a purr than anything else. She shifted and twitched against him in an attempt to burry her face into his fur; she desired to be wanted perhaps more so by her father, yet this boy accepted her company. It wasn’t so much a laps in judgment that she tried to claim him but the fact she liked the attention even if it was unexpected and slightly rough.

She knew the sound of impatience and knew he may revolt if he was left unanswered. “My home is the moors that lie just a short distance away. What of you?” She questioned before snapping at his chin and moving short distances away curious to see what he was up to. She was a little disappointed in leaving his warmth but she also curious to explore and test her new companion, she was smaller and agile sure he could win in strength but could he outwit her? Litha intended to find out or at least have some fun trying.

Her tail waves low against the snow as she turned to look back at him with a cunning grin. “Can you keep up? If not come find me.” Litha spoke with the undertone of laughter as she quickly darted way to place trees grew closer together. After she broke out of his line of site only thin would she slow down and start covering her tracks. It wasn’t long until she found the perfect hiding spot in a tight grouping of trees. She tucked herself into a small hollow where she curled up upon herself. She would cry out for the obsidian company if he took to long and turn against him with delicate fangs in disappointment for keeping her alone in the cold. Simply because she was certain she could.
