I might add-- My neighbors are generally not employed, per se, The area I'm in is more or less vacation/retirement homes.. The house I'm in was for a vacation "getaway" for a family.. That's why it appears to have "not lived in" very much...
That being said, I think my neighbors can afford any system they want...

Anyhow, that's my impression....
