A deep fury stir just beneath the surface as she stared at the woman. She had carried little that she almost killed a wolf she saw as familiar but the wolf wasn’t touched by her scent so it wasn’t her own. Her rage, however, was more towards the fact her mind stopped her progress. Sekhmet knew better than to partake of her own and yet the creature turned to face her now was spared that fight. Part of her wished to simply plunge her teeth into the depths of the woman flesh the other part wished to mark the female as her own possession and yet she couldn’t come to terms with which she desired the most. Her mind grew less concerned with the prospects of a meal and shifted to desire the life of another taken between her jaws, be it that of her kind or not the frustration only made her grow more restless.
Her ears flickered back and then forwards once more focusing on what the creature before her spoke of. She affirmed the statement that came out broken, strangled. The woman also spoke of her being larger which left her to turn her head ever so slightly. She knew with time she grew larger than her companion, and yet, all the same, oblivious to the fact that she had so much more growing left to do. Although she wasn’t one for conversing, she knew excitement when she hears it and met it with a rich growl. It begged the question should she try and snuff out the light within the other woman or let it glow a little longer. She half wanted to know why the woman seemed interested part of her didn’t care and yet, all the same, her opalescent gaze lingered even with her daggers sheathed she still carried enough warning.
The woman’s question was enough to interest her, although Sekhmet was strong and quick witted even she couldn’t outsmart the elements which stunted her natural abilities. She didn’t trust and yet she could even see a mutual benefit and she had others she needed to feed and yet this woman wouldn’t be permitted to know such things.
