"Brodie" very impressive in NJAA debut

The former national amateur champion from the early 90s made his NJAA debut yesterday afternoon and was very impressive with his play.

Rob Brodersen had not even put a basket on in 6-7 years but picked up the quirkiness of Puryear Park like he'd been out there for 9,000 games like Magic Mike. Using the jai-alai name "Brodie", the frontcourter picked up 2 wins in 5 games - winning back to back games with Thomas and Randy.

NJAA scouts expect him to easily maintain a .400 winning percentage as he learns the court even more so. He did play on it once about 8 years ago using the old Tedrick Ball, which he still has. There is a huge difference between the Tedrick ball and the Matt ball, as you well know.

Brodie was a national amateur champion while playing at Milford Amateur in the early 90s. He will be a welcome addition to the roster.
