I'm not actually that big a fan of christmas songs because I spent like 5 birthdays out in the cold caroling because after one year of asking to do it, it became "tradition" and happened until I stopped having birthday parties. But I guess I second Song dragons's Carol of the Bells (especially the TSO version linked in her post).
