Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

EREBOS
we're all devoid believing we're fallen angels when really we're all just empty vessels

He had only and incling to what had happened to his sister. His sister's scent changed, the way she looked changed. Changed was what she was. He could tell see it, but yet he did little in the ways of doing anything. He wasn't sure what to do or say. He wasn't exactly close to any of his family. They were family, they were important to him, but that was about all he knew or felt. Really he wasn't a very emotional wolf if that was hard to imagine. Growing up with with the friends he did elicited very little room for emotional growth. He figured though she might need some form of 'comforting' though how he would do that he at first didn't know. What were usual social customs? Bringing a gift? He knew she collected weird things, but he didn't suppose giving her one of his friends would make her happy... so maybe food? Would she like food? Everyone needed food so it seemed like it would be okay.

Hunting though was hard. He did not approve of this winter. What was usually his favorite season was turning to something that was not so good. He barely could move, yes his friends were around but his large size proved to be very problematic. Instead he was left walking to the running water and wading his way in. The biting cold didn't really bother him as much as maybe it should have. He stood there patiently, if not creepily still for a ungodly amount of time. It was then one fine quick strike showed the reward for his waiting a large fish clamped in jaws, the only thing he ever ate. Fish... they were bad friends... They smelled very bad and did not last long. Perhaps ironic given the stench of stale death that fell on him at all times.

He began slowly plodding his way towards her den hearing the growls and clatters but ignoring them. He didn't think that this would be a bad time to visit despite the strikingly clear form that maybe now might not be the best time. He moved past the trees and onto the beach seeing her own, he guessed they were her friends, scattered all over. He blinked passively, the dead fish still in maw as he looked over her trophies. Ice-fire eyes running back to her as she seemed to take notice and speak to him. She greeted him in ragged tones but he wasn't entirely sure why they were like that. He moved closer to her then taking her greeting as some form of invitation and seated himself among her trophies. The ocean grabbed at his tail but he really didn't mind, he was already half wet anyway.

He tossed the fish forward at her, one of his ears twitching as she asked if he wanted the things across the ground though stating that he liked 'whole' things better. Whatever that meant. "Your friends look a bit broken, did you get into a disagreement?" He asked passively before continuing, "If Erebos knew he would have brought you new ones, instead brought food." He motioned to the fish, "Will remember next time." He shook the water from his large form slightly before looking at her again eyes narrowing slightly.

"You feeling better now that you beat up friends? Or still upset? You look upset Sister Ehiyeh. Want Erebos to make it better?"
