It was rather hard to think and digest discussions when it is far too hot. Even with her frame soaking up the cool waters from the river it wasn’t doing enough to cool her down. Oh how the Monster could not wait for the touch of Jack Frost nipping at her nose and numbing the tips of her toes, ears, and tail. When Winter comes she would not complain about how freezing cold it was, rather she would be content to suffer its harsh touches. For now though she would simply have to wait for Winter to come, hopefully, the heat wouldn’t kill her off.
Quietly she listened to the young white she-wolf explain herself. It was a good thing that Jakuta had met her first born. Raven had done very well as a diplomat and she could only hope that Jakuta had learned a few things. With the way Jakuta was speaking she would need to be a bit more confident with her words. After all, whoever was Alpha of Asteraia needed to trust the words of their members. False information and lies would be met with a terrible consequences. These names were unfamiliar to her.
It was the admittance from the young pup of her distrust and dislike of the couple that caught her attention. Dark eyes narrowed slightly, as she pondered upon the idea of a new pack becoming troublesome. No one liked whats-his-face when he took Diveen and when gave it up and went onto Spirane, nobody liked him still. Raven would need to be reached, but at a later point. For now she wanted to hear from a certain male wolf that she knew very well resided in Iromar.
“I want you to find Halcyon and bring him here. He was a wolf of Iromar that attempted to take the pack, but failed miserably. If you didn’t see him in the swamps, find him and bring him to me. I need more information and you Jakuta, need to complete more missions in order to be my Griffin. You will now be a Chimera, now go.”
